Medical Laboratory Technician Program Mission Statement

In support of the College mission, the Medical Laboratory Technician Program is dedicated to preparing highly qualified entry-level medical laboratory technicians with relevant skills and knowledge that meet the needs of the profession and are prepared for continuous education, career mobility, and full participation in the community life.

The MLT curriculum is based upon verified roles and responsibilities of entry-level practitioners providing opportunities for integration and application of learned concept, attitudes, values, and skills in real-life learning experiences within clinical and simulated laboratories.
